Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Three employees all on the phone, I stood there for about 15 minutes with another customer at the counter waiting to be acknowledged before the staff even looked at us. Then he said what you need? I told him to get my engine light checked he said we only do minor readings and walked away to the other side of the counter and picked up that phone... Will never go back to that store I'm a auto zone fan anyway!!!!! Feedback: Act like the people inside are first priority...

Horrible customer service on 6/24. Bought a simple headlight bulb, went outside and put it in, and it did not work. Took it back in the store and the overweight blond headed woman said it was probably my wiring. She did not offer to let me get another one until I brought it up. Then in a disgusted tone she said I am never going to get this phone in order together. I finally told her and her helper to just give me my money back and that I was not at all happy with their customer service. Neither associate apologized. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Feedback: Customer ordinated associates.

I was displeased with the service my husband and I received on our visit to this store the sales clerk was texting on his personal phone and was annoyed by having to stop texting to assist us the customers with our questions. The store also did not have the part we were looking for and the clerk tried to sale us a part that we did not need and was not even close to what we needed. He was rude and unknowledgeable about car parts or how to look them up in the computer system. He was rude and lacked any type of customer service training. Thus is not the first time we have been to this store and been sold the wrong parts or been made to feel we as customers are an inconvenience because the sales clerk are too busy on cell phones conducting personal business. Feedback: Hire knowledgeable people and train them on customer service and that personal business should be conducted on personal time not during their work hours.
